Corvus Series

Low Profile. High Function. Zero BS.

I built this because I wanted a blade that was durable enough to quarter an elk, yet low-profile enough to live in my pocket every single day.

After two years of field-testing— carried every day doing everything from opening boxes to processing big game—this is the result.

The Process

I leverage local businesses in Alberta to help me create a well built product. After I design, iterate, and test, the first step is the profile to be cut via water jet so they are all exactly the same (for a precision product).

The next step is the hardening process that gives the strength and integrity to the blades. From there the blanks are sent back to me.

I carefully finish each product: coating, sharpening, and handle making. The final step is creating a protective light weight and 100% functional sheath.

The Steel

I chose 52100 Carbon Steel to be my standard go to steel for one reason: reliability. It’s known for its toughness and edge retention. Its a boring steel and that is a good thing, it doesn't give you any reason to question it.

The standard coating that I offer is a black parkerized finish unless you as the purchaser specify otherwise.

If you are looking for a stainless version I am hoping to offer Magnacut in the near future.

The Handle

This knife comes in two versions.

Version 1

This is a fully skeletonized handle. I designed this in a way to keep the thin parts of the handle away from the areas that take abuse.

It gives you the lightweight benefits of a skeletonized handle without sacrificing the structural integrity that is needed. The handle is then wrapped in a Polyester-sheathed Dyneema® 1.8 mm cord.

Currently this only comes in neon green but other color choices will be available in time.

The benefit with this material is that it doesn’t stretch, it doesn’t absorb liquids and the small diameter is rigid and grippy no matter what you put it through.

This cuts the weight considerably and makes the whole package under 100 grams without sacrificing function.

Version 2

This is a fully handled version. This option comes standard with Richlite composite scales that have been CNC machined in house.

However if other materials like G10 or stabilized wood are desired this custom build process requires slightly longer lead time and the cost may increase based on the specific build.

The Low Profile Carry System

Included is a kydex sheath and Ulticlip system, designed to disappear.

Whether it’s clipped into your bino harness or tucked into a pocket, the profile is so slim you’ll forget it’s there until you need it.

My Lifetime Guarantee

I know you’re putting your hard-earned money into my work, and I don't take that lightly. When you decide to purchase this knife I am going to make a commitment to you.

My Commitment: If this knife doesn't fit your needs, or if you put it through hell and it needs some love—send it back. If you pay the shipping, I will re-sharpen and repair your knife for free.

All I ask in return? Tell me about the epic adventures you take it on, or give me the raw, honest feedback I need to keep making better tools.

How To Order

These knives are built to order.

The steel shape can't be changed but you get to choose what handle material/color you'd like.

I would also be open to discussing steel types and coatings but the cost and time to create it will go up for those options.

So if you would like to buy one, the first step is to fill the form and then as soon as you submit it you will be re-directed to where the purchase can be made.

Once there please select the appropriate option.

As soon as I get the payment I will reach out and update you.

If I have the materials on hand the knife should ship within the week.

My goal is to provide an outstanding product that meets your needs and aesthetics.

Each order is backed by my life time guarantee.
